From your first enquiry to post-treatment care, here is what we do for you — step by step.

Complete the Booking Form

Complete and submit the booking form. An RFA staff member will contact you as soon as possible to explain the services available and guide you through the next steps.

Free Online Video Consultation

We will connect you with an appropriate specialist at one of India's leading hospitals for a free online video consultation. This consultation will enable the doctor to make an initial assessment of your medical condition.

Case Review and Treatment Cost Estimate

The specialist will review your medical records and prepare a proposed treatment plan. The hospital will then provide an estimate of the treatment costs.

Visa Assistance and Visa Fees

The hospital will issue an invitation letter to support your medical visa application. We will assist you with the visa application process and pay the patient's visa fee.

Travel Coordination

You are free to book a flight with an airline of your choice. However, if you wish, we can book the flight on your behalf or advise you on the most suitable travel options.

Upon your arrival in India, our staff will receive you at the airport and transport you to your accommodation or hospital.

Accommodation Arrangements

Our customer service team will help you find suitable accommodation near the hospital, taking your needs and budget into consideration.

Appointment Scheduling

We will coordinate and schedule all your appointments with the hospital, doctors and other healthcare professionals involved in your treatment.

Dedicated Personal Assistant

A dedicated personal assistant will be assigned to support you throughout your stay in India. The assistant will be available around the clock to help you attend medical appointments and travel to other necessary destinations.

Airport Transfer upon Departure

When your treatment is complete and you are ready to return home, we will provide free transport to the departure airport.

Post-Treatment Medical Support

After you return home, we will help you remain in communication with your doctors in India whenever follow-up consultations or medical guidance are required, as you restore full happiness with your family.

Post-Treatment Medicines

If you run out of prescribed post-treatment medicines, we can arrange for their purchase and delivery from India. Medicines may also be available in India at a considerably lower cost.
